Good Friday Music Reflection
At noon on Good Friday, April 3, all are invited to attend The Passion of Our Lord according to Saint John presented by the Adoramus Ecumenical Choir. This exquisite and moving setting of Saint John’s passion by Dr. Randall DeBruyn is the choir’s twelfth annual Good Friday music reflection. Featuring beautiful choral passages, moving solos, and congregational song, the music is sure to help all meditate deeply on the Lord’s Passion.
Directed and accompanied by Anthony Gallina, Director of Music Ministries at Our Lady of Consolation, the Adoramus Choir is an ensemble comprised of members of Christian churches of many denominations. All are welcome to come and listen to the music of this most sacred and somber day in the stunning acoustics of the historic Basilica and Shrine.
