Rules & Regulations

• Everyone who plans to camp here must register and pay for your camping space in advance. Online registration at www.olcshrine.com/novena-camping begins on June 1^st. Camping is permitted no earlier than August 6. The last night to camp is August 15. All campers and tents must be packed up by Sunday, August 16.
  
• Campers may not be delivered ahead of time. Any campers delivered ahead of time will be towed at your expense. You must stop at the Shrine Office to pick up copies of your registration and permit tags BEFORE entering the campground.
  
• The cost of renting a 35 foot X 40 foot lot is $30.00 per day. One lot is permitted to have a maximum of one camper (or tent) and two other vehicles. You may rent multiple lots, but may not exceed the maximum number of vehicles pursuant to each lot. Any other additional cars, trucks, etc. must be parked in the extra spaces along St. Mary’s Avenue which is first come, first serve.
  
• When registering, a map of the campsite with all the lots marked off and numbered will be available. You will need to select the lot or lots you wish to rent, and the number of days you will be renting the lot.
  
• If families wish to camp next to each other, it is strongly recommended that one person registers everybody or families register at the same time.
  
• Once you have paid for the lot(s) you will receive a confirmation email. Before going to your campsite, you must stop at the office (see Office Hours below) to pick up copies of your registration and permit tags.
  
• Once reservations for lots are made, no changes are allowed. Selling or “subleasing” of lots is not permitted.
  
• There is only one way into the campgrounds and that will be off of St. Mary’s Ave. Signs at the end of the streets or blocking streets are not permitted to be moved to allow campers to come through.
  
• You must display the registration form on the front window of your camper/tent and vehicle(s), if applicable. Each day, the campground will be inspected and any vehicles without tags will be required to leave or park in the extra spaces along St. Mary’s Avenue.
  
• Agreement: by signing this document/submitting this form, I agree to the following:
  • We are coming here to pray, participate in the novena, and enjoy family time together.
  • We will give due respect to all pilgrims and parishioners of Our Lady of Consolation as well as the residents of Carey. Any acts of vandalism, violence, theft, and/or harassment will result in Law Enforcement being called.
  • We will keep our lot clean and dispose of all trash in the provided trash containers.
  • We will safely burn fires only within our lot area and make sure they are put out before we leave.
  • We will not dump sewage or gray water anywhere on or adjacent to OLC property or Carey residents’ houses.
  • We will park a maximum of two (2) trucks/cars on our rented lot and park the rest of them in the first come, first serve spaces provided next to St. Mary’s Avenue.
  • We will not use any drugs, we will avoid excessive drinking, and we will not play any loud music anywhere on OLC property.
  • Scooters, golf carts, and motorized bikes are not permitted on OLC grounds or in the basilica.
  • Green Shrine benches and picnic tables are not available for use anymore. Please bring your own tables and chairs. Benches are placed around the Basilica for the Pilgrims. Do not remove them!
  • All youth—those under age 18—must be in the campground by 10:00pm.
    
• I understand that violation of any of these rules, in part or in full, may result in my being asked to leave the property.

مقطورة واحدة (أو خیمة) ومركبتین أخریین. یمكنكم استئجار عدة قطع، ولكن لا یجوز تجاوز الحد الأقصى لعدد المركبات

المسموح بھ لكل قطعة. أي سیارات أو شاحنات إضافیة یجب أن تُوقف في المساحات الإضافیة على طول شارع سانت ماري،

٥. إذا كانت العائلات ترغب في التخییم بجانب بعضھا البعض، فمن المستحسن بشدة أن یقوم شخص واحد بتسجیل الجمیع أو أن

٦. بمجرد دفع قیمة القطعة أو القطع، ستتلقون رسالة تأكید عبر البرید الإلكتروني. وقبل الذھاب إلى موقع التخییم، یجب علیكم

٧. بمجرد حجز القطع، لا یُسمح بأي تغییرات. كما لا یُسمح ببیع القطع أو تأجیرھا من الباطن .
٨. یوجد طریق واحد فقط للدخول إلى المخیمات، وھو من شارع سانت ماري. لا یُسمح بتحریك اللافتات الموجودة في نھایة

.أ. نحن قادمون إلى ھنا للصلاة، والمشاركة في التساعیة، والاستمتاع بوقت عائلي معًا
ب. سنُظھر الاحترام الواجب لجمیع الحجاج وأبناء رعیة سیدة العزاء، وكذلك لسكان كاري. أي أعمال تخریب أو عنف أو سرقة

.ج. سنحافظ على نظافة قطعتنا ونتخلص من جمیع النفایات في حاویات القمامة المخصصة

ھ. لن نقوم بتصریف میاه الصرف الصحي أو المیاه الرمادیة في أي مكان داخل أو بجوار ممتلكات المزار أو منازل سكان

.ط. یجب أن یكون جمیع الشباب الذین تقل أعمارھم عن ١٨ عامًا داخل المخیم بحلول الساعة ٠٠:١٠ مساءً
.ي. أفھم أن مخالفة أي من ھذه القواعد، جزئیًا أو كلیًا، قد تؤدي إلى طلبي مغادرة المكان
